Before 2020
Twenty-two years in corporate strategy
A master's in International Business, teams of 30+, and multi-million dollar Fortune 500 projects. Then twins, a surprise, and the start of my hunt for a schedule that actually fit our life.
2020
Crush the Rush™ is born
Launched at midnight from a basement card table, with no mic and one plan: teach women how to grow a real business without living on social media. The first digital product went live that same year.
2021
The podcast takes off
No daily content, and it grew anyway. That year brought the first offer suite, the quarterly planner, and our very first Collective retreat, hosted right at our house in Columbus. Then in December, I left corporate after 22 years.
2022
All in
My husband got to leave his job too. We built the team, I went from solopreneur to CEO, and the retreats went on the road to Scottsdale. We made travel once a quarter a non-negotiable. First stop: Scotland.
the turn - Oct 2022
Anti-Social School™ launches
The year it clicked. I stopped chasing the growth everyone else was selling and named the way I'd been working all along. Anti-Social School™ is still the heart of everything I teach.
2023 - 2024
The Life-First CEO years
Life first, business second became the thing I taught out loud. Our family filled the passport with trips across Europe. And the Collective Co-Op, our mastermind, got a new look and a new perk: members get to borrow my team for their own businesses.
2025
Anti-Social School™ 2.0
The trademark came through. I rebuilt the curriculum. And the AI Marketing Bot Squad went live, so students have marketing help any time they sit down to work. Holly-Days became our annual event for growing without the burnout.
2026
The messy middle era
We found our people: women with real revenue and a real life, stuck in the in-between. So we made it simpler to start. One quiz points you to your next step. The Strategy Room gives you 1:1 time with me. The Anti-Social Shift private podcast walks you through the whole method. We went all in on AI, and we hosted our 10th retreat.
