When I first started my podcast “Crush the Rush”, it was a mission to answer the question I always get asked. “How do you do what you do.” Specifically, how I personally work full time and manage my business, family and all the things. So I dove in deep and started sharing all the tools and techniques I used. I am crazy passionate about teaching women how to build a side hustle (insert job of their dreams) without sacrificing weekends and their priorities and out of that came the “Crush the Rush” method. Specifically how you can build that side-hustle on your schedule! As in these are the STEPS! (Because it is exactly what I did and am doing!) And of course, the best part is my method includes my spin on things that incorporate self-care, wellness and working mom life! (Because to build a better business, you have to take care of yourself too!)

And then I layer in my 20-year strategy career, social media experience, and just that working mom special sauce!
I believe SO strongly that you can create a routine you love and with the right tools create a lifestyle that works without burnout!
