High-Level Business Coaching for Women Entrepreneurs
May 27, 2026
The Collective Co-Op isn't for everyone. But if you're ready to scale without sacrificing your life, it might be exactly what you need.
I started the Collective Co-Op because I kept meeting the same woman over and over again. She'd been running her business for a few years, hit that $5-10K/month ceiling, and felt completely stuck. She'd already tried courses. She'd read the books. She knew what she was supposed to do. But something wasn't translating from knowledge to results, and she was tired of working 60-hour weeks to stay there.
That woman is who this program is built for. And I built it because I was that woman once, too.
Let me walk you through what it actually is, who thrives in it, what you get, how it stacks up against my other offers, and most importantly, whether your business is ready for this level of work.
What the Collective Co-Op Actually Is
The Collective Co-Op is a 9-month, application-based business program for women entrepreneurs who want to scale beyond the six-figure ceiling without working more hours. It's not a course. You're not watching videos in your own time hoping something clicks. It's not a mastermind where you figure everything out with your peers. It's a structured, personalized acceleration program with dedicated support.
Here's what you get access to:
- Full access to Anti-Social School™ included
- 1:1 strategy calls with me every quarter so you get personalized, high-touch support
- Daily access to me and my team via Slack and direct channels, not once-monthly group calls
- Custom strategic roadmap built specifically for your business model, not a template
- Quarterly strategic resets where we pause, measure, and recalibrate based on what's working
- AI Bot Squad trained on the Co-Op curriculum and Anti-Social School™ methodology, so you have automated support aligned with how we teach
- Monthly finance calls with our CFO partner (25+ years in the industry) to build sustainable revenue systems
- Access to The Table - our financial templates, frameworks, and resources library
- Themed office hours rotating through topics like sales conversations, positioning, systems, team dynamics, and product launches
- Co-Op scorecard to measure progress against your specific goals every quarter
- Specialist calls when you need expert input on something outside my wheelhouse
- Full virtual retreat access where we do strategic work in person (well, on screen together)
- Fractional team and partner network so you know who to hire when you're ready
- Done-for-you resources including swipe files, email sequences, launch templates, and sales frameworks
The throughline is this: you're not figuring it out alone, and you're not waiting for a monthly group call to move forward.

Who the Collective Co-Op Is Built For
You might be ready for the Co-Op if:
- You're stuck between $5-10K/month,s and you know you have more capacity (time and revenue-wise) than you're currently utilizing
- You've been running your business for at least 1-2 years and understand your market
- You have a real offer that people already want to buy (you're not in pre-launch validation mode)
- You're willing to be coached on the hard things: pricing, visibility, sales, hiring, financial planning
- You want to scale your revenue without proportionally scaling your hours
- You're tired of making decisions based on what everyone else is doing
- You have the budget to invest in yourself seriously (not "I hope this pays for itself" energy, but "this is non-negotiable for my growth" energy)
- You're willing to implement what we create together instead of collecting strategies indefinitely
The women who thrive here are builders. They already have the motivation. What they're missing is a clear plan, real accountability, and feedback that might make them uncomfortable. They show up, they do the work, and they want someone to tell them the truth.
Who This Is NOT For
Let me be direct about who shouldn't apply:
- You're not ready if you still think the answer is one more course, one more certification, or one more framework
- You're not ready if you need the program to sell itself because you don't believe in your own offer yet
- You're not ready if you want someone to do the work for you instead of coaching you to do it better
- You're not ready if you're looking for a networking community over actual strategic business building
- You're not ready if you think you'll stay part-time forever and don't want to make real scaling decisions
- You're not ready if you're in crisis mode and need immediate cash flow fixes (we plan ahead)
- You're not ready if you can't afford to invest in yourself while also paying your regular business expenses
I'm telling you this because I'd rather save you the investment than watch you join something you're not ready for. The program is structured for women who are ready to make their business their priority and are willing to pay for that priority.
What's Inside the Collective Co-Op
The Co-Op runs over 9 months and covers specific strategic territory:
Months 1-3: Foundation and Clarity
You build your personalized roadmap with crystal clarity on where you are now, where you want to be, and what's actually blocking you. Most people skip this and jump to tactics. We don't. You'll also refine your positioning, nail your signature offer, and build a sales process that doesn't feel salesy.
Months 4-6: Revenue Architecture
We rebuild how you generate revenue. This might mean restructuring your offers, implementing a recurring revenue model, launching a membership, adding a group program alongside 1-on-1 work, or launching a passive income stream. We're not adding busywork. We're strategically expanding your revenue streams so more money comes in without more hours going out.
Months 7-9: Team, Scaling, and Sustainability
By now you have clarity and momentum. We focus on what comes next: hiring, delegating, systems that scale, and planning for the next phase. You also get access to our partner network if you need a VA, copywriter, funnel builder, or other specialists.
Throughout all nine months:
- Daily access to the team via Slack
- Themed office hours twice a month (topics like positioning, pricing conversations, launch strategy, systems, team management)
- Quarterly one-on-one strategy calls with me
- Monthly finance calls with our CFO partner
- Full access to Anti-Social School™ + a custom Co-Op resource library curated for your level
- Quarterly strategic resets
- Full access to The Co-Op resource library
- AI Bot Squad trained on our methodology (so you have 24/7 support aligned with how we teach)
- Your Co-Op scorecard measuring progress toward your specific goals
This is not group coaching where everyone gets the same curriculum. This is program-based coaching with group touchpoints, but your roadmap is entirely yours.

Real Results from Real Co-Op Members
These aren't hypotheticals. These are women who came in, did the work, and changed their businesses.
Cait scaled two separate businesses while planning her maternity leave. Instead of watching revenue drop when she stepped back, she'd built enough recurring revenue and team structure that she took three months off with zero income loss. When she came back, both businesses were stronger.
Carin accomplished more in 9 months in the Co-Op than in the previous 7 years running her business. She restructured her entire revenue model, launched a new program, and built a team. She went from trading time for money to building actual business assets.
Amanda was a busy parent running a service business and thought she had to choose between growth and presence with her family. Through the Co-Op, she restructured her offers, implemented a part-time team, and actually started taking weekends off while her revenue climbed.
Jenny transitioned from a one-on-one coaching model to a membership model inside the Co-Op. She went from sporadic revenue to predictable monthly recurring income while working fewer hours. Her revenue doubled within nine months.
These aren't transformation stories where someone went from broke to millionaire. They're scaling stories. They're sustainability stories. They're "I can actually have my life back" stories.
How the Collective Co-Op Compares to My Other Offers
I know you might be wondering how this fits with Anti-Social School™, The Crush the Rush Club, and my VIP Intensives. Let me show you:
Here's the important part: the offers build on each other. When you join Anti-Social School™, you also get access to The Club. When you join the Collective Co-Op, you get Anti-Social School™ included, plus your own custom resource library curated specifically for Co-Op members. Think everything in The Club and then some, built for the level of work you're doing.
The decision tree is simple:
- Want monthly coaching and a resource library to start? The Club is your entry point.
- Ready to learn the full anti-social marketing system? Anti-Social School™ gives you the framework, the AI Squad bots, and Club access.
- Ready to scale seriously with 1:1 support every quarter? The Co-Op is the full package.
- Need a one-time strategic deep dive on a specific issue? VIP Intensive.
Not sure where you fit? Take the free quiz and I'll tell you exactly where to start.
Many Co-Op members completed Anti-Social School™ first. That's actually ideal because you understand the fundamentals. But it's not required since you get full Anti-Social School™ access when you join the Co-Op anyway.
Is This Right for You? A Real Decision Framework
Before you decide, answer these honestly:
Do you have revenue already?
You should be making at least $3-5K/month before applying. If you're pre-revenue, you need Anti-Social School™ first to validate your offer and build initial traction.
Are you willing to implement?
This isn't a passive program where you just consume content. You're going to get homework. Real homework. Strategic planning. Follow-through. If you're a collector of strategies and frameworks but don't actually execute, this will be frustrating for both of us.
Can you afford the investment?
The Co-Op is premium priced because it's premium support. You need to be able to invest without it breaking your business. A good benchmark: if your monthly revenue is $10K, the Co-Op investment should be no more than one month of revenue. It's not accessible to everyone. That's intentional.
Do you actually want to scale?
Some people say they want to scale but they really want permission to stay small. Those are different conversations. If you're happy at your current level, there are cheaper options for refinement. The Co-Op is for people who are genuinely ready to grow.
Will you show up?
This program requires showing up. To monthly calls. To office hours. To implementing what we create. If you're perpetually overwhelmed and can't hold space for coaching, it won't work.
If you answered yes to most of these, you're in the right neighborhood. Keep reading.
What the Application Process Actually Looks Like
We don't just take anyone's money. This is an application-based program, and there's a reason.
Step 1: Submit Your Application
You'll answer questions about your business, your revenue, what you've tried, where you're stuck, and what you want from the next year. This takes about 20 minutes. We're not screening for perfection. We're screening for readiness.
Step 2: Quick Call with My Team
If your application looks aligned, you'll jump on a 15-20 minute call with someone from my team. We'll make sure this is actually the right program for you and answer your questions. Sometimes we'll recommend Anti-Social School™ first, or The Club, or a VIP Intensive. We're not interested in taking your money if you're not ready.
Step 3: Acceptance or Next Steps
You'll either be invited in, or we'll give you specific feedback on what would help you be more ready when enrollment opens again.
We enroll in cohorts, not rolling admissions. This year we're accepting applications for 2026. The next cohort starts soon, but we close applications once we've filled spots.
Why selective enrollment? I only work with people I can actually move the needle for. Peer quality matters in a 9-month container. And I'd rather have a smaller cohort of women who are all-in than a big group where half the people aren't ready.
Frequently Asked Questions About the Collective Co-Op
What if I'm not sure my offer is ready yet?
You should have already launched something and have proof of market demand. If you're still in the "I think people want this" phase, you need Anti-Social School™ first. We can validate inside that program, build traction, and then when you're at $5K/month-plus, the Co-Op becomes the logical next step. Anti-Social School™ graduates often come straight into the Co-Op.
How much time do I actually have to commit each week?
Most members spend 5-10 hours per week on Co-Op activities and implementation. This includes office hours, one-on-one calls, team meetings, and your own strategic work. It's not passive. But it's also not "quit your job and do this full-time." You're restructuring your business to be more efficient, not adding on top of chaos.
What if I need to scale immediately? Can I get faster results?
The 9-month timeline is intentional. Real scaling isn't about speed. It's about building systems that actually stick, making decisions you won't regret in six months, and managing the growth so it doesn't destroy you. If you need immediate cash flow, we might recommend a VIP Intensive to handle a specific bottleneck. But fast rarely means sustainable.
Do I need a team to join?
No. Many members join solo and build their team inside the program. Some have small teams and are scaling them. Some are outsourcing strategically. We meet you where you are. But by month 6 or 7, most Co-Op members realize they need to hire help because the growth is real and they can't do everything.
What happens after the 9 months?
You graduate with a clear roadmap for the next phase, a team that knows your business, and access to our partner network. Some members continue with VIP Intensives as they hit new scaling plateaus. Some move into The Club for ongoing monthly support. Some stay close through our community and Slack. You're never kicked out. The structure of daily access just shifts.
Your Next Move
If you've read this far and you're thinking "yes, this might be for me," here's what I want you to know:
You already know enough. You've taken the courses. You've done the certifications. What's missing is someone in your corner who will help you build a plan, hold you accountable to it, and actually move the needle on your revenue.
That's what the Co-Op is.
The application is opening for 2026 cohorts. We're accepting a limited number of women who are genuinely ready to scale.
This isn't about being perfect. It's not about having it all figured out. It's about being willing to figure it out with expert support and real accountability.
If that resonates, I want to meet you on a call. Let's see if this is the right fit.
