When you feel like you are being tested in all areas of your life....What steps do you take to keep going?
Running a full-time business, a full-time family, and having a full-time job is a little nuts at times. And if I being honest, this week my own systems and routine were being tested. I could feel my anxiety building, which for me means less sleep, that tightening in my stomach all day, and feeling exhausted.
In the past, I would just work myself to death, which being an Enneagram 3 is how we deal with things. Work. Work. Work. But this week, I shifted my mindset and tried to think of things a little differently.
I thought I would share a few questions I asked myself that YOU can apply as well.
What is this challenging time trying to tell me?
What can I do to make it better?
What is ONE thing I can focus on to get to the next step.
I then leaned on the 4 pillars that have saved me this year. And thought it would be helpful to share those too if any of you are having a similar week. 🙋♀️
Take a listen and see if taking action in some areas like these pillars that you can control, can help you deal better with what you can't! (And actually, see some growth in your business!)
