Your 2027 Comes With a Team.
And a Revenue Plan.
You bring the business. We bring your strategist, your COO, your CMO, and a monthly guest expert matched to exactly what you need. Six and multiple six figures in part-time hours, without depending on social media to get there.
You've already taken the courses. Now you get a team to help you use them. We don't run a Black Friday sale, so this is the best way we know to help you.
Apply in 5 minutes. Talk it through with me or Katy, our COO and sales and ops wizard. Start your Runway that week. Applying doesn't commit you to anything.
Rather talk first? Grab a 20-minute call
“Working with Holly is like having a master strategist in your back pocket.”
I read 265 member scorecards this year. Here's what changed.
Names stay private. Every number below came straight off a member's weekly scorecard.
Virtual assistant agency
She started charging for 3 projects she never imagined charging for and hired an online business manager. Her best month ever came in a week she worked about 6 hours, sick.
Marketing agency owner
We went through her offers together and raised her prices. She stopped selling by the hour and followed up with the leads she already had.
Business consultant
Her Q2 goal was $30K. She kept showing up where her kind of client spends time, and one event turned into a $15K client.
Service provider
Two past clients booked right away. Then a total stranger booked at the new price without a sales call.
Creative pro with a day job
She builds her business 4 to 9 hours a week, before her day job. “I have three clients. I've never had three clients.”
Coach with an online group
She raised her top tier from $123 to $177 a month and added a monthly 1:1. A new member said yes right away.
Every Friday they fill out a scorecard and bring it to our Monday call. My team and I read every number and help them put the next move into action. Accountability matters. Knowing your business matters. AI can't do that part for you.
Numbers are self-reported in weekly member scorecards. Results vary and aren't guaranteed.
The Co-Op, and the strategy behind it
6
years running the Co-Op
100+
members, in small cohorts on purpose
5 in 7
members renew or stay on as alumni
You're already in motion. You've built something that works.
You're having consistent $5K to $10K months. You have an offer that sells, a product or program people buy, and an email list you can reach.
Now you want:
More revenue, without more hours to earn it
A clear read on what's moving the needle, and what to let go of
Systems that create space and sales, not more tabs open
A team that gets it and shows up for you
A room where you don't have to explain why you want more and less at the same time
What changes in the Co-Op
A strategy built for the hours you have, and people in your corner while you run it.
So you can walk your kids home from the bus, take the trip, and finally build the thing you keep putting off. That's the whole point.
Not at consistent $5K months yet? Start with Anti-Social School™. You'll build your marketing system with our team's support, and your credit carries over to the Co-Op when you're ready. See Anti-Social School™
You've done the courses. This time, someone checks.
Every week you submit your Co-Op Scorecard. My team and I review it, and we talk it through together on Monday's call. Daily Slack in between, and your peer pod behind you.
Every week, someone checks your plan. That's how it gets finished.
I get the accountability that I need to just keep moving forward. So I have stayed on as alumni after the initial Co-Op because I really feel that those things are incredibly valuable to me and my business.

You're the CEO. Meet Your Team.
Most women at your stage are the CEO, the marketer, the salesperson, and the ops department all at once. In the Co-Op, you get a leadership team most women can't afford to hire on their own. Their job is your revenue.

Maps your custom plan, resets it with you every 90 days, and holds you to it in Slack daily. 22 years of corporate strategy, applied to your business.

Builds your sales and revenue roadmap, tightens your funnels, and simplifies your backend so you can sell with confidence.

PLUS Monthly Guest Experts
One New Expert, Every Month
PR, finance, AI, SEO, visibility, and more. Chosen by what this cohort actually needs. Meet a few of them below.
Here's what a month in the Co-Op looks like. Every month.
We meet every Monday, and each week of the month has its own focus. You'll always know what's on the calendar and who's in the room.
Sales + Ops with Katy
Your COO takes the room. Offers, funnels, follow-up, and the backend that makes selling simple.
Client Attraction Q&A with Holly
Bring your real question, get a real answer. Visibility, positioning, and what's working in my business right now.
Hot Seats + Deliverable Review
We look at what you're actually building, help you get there faster, and clear your capacity so the plan fits your life.
Next Level Experts
A guest expert joins us, matched to what the room needs this month. You stop searching. We bring them in.
Monthly CMO Call
Your CMO joins you for a monthly call, so your marketing keeps moving with a plan behind it.
Monthly Planning Party
We close out each month together and plan the next one, so you head into it knowing your next move.
I don't dread Mondays. I always think it's wonderful to sit with other women and talk about what your week's going to look like.

I had just increased my prices, but I wasn't confident, and so I felt like I was selling myself short. However, I love that she was like, let's make it bigger, let's give mom some more support. And I was shocked when my first package sold [at the higher price], because I was like, no one's going to ever buy this.

I have been in business a long time. I know a lot and I know a lot of people. And Holly is one of the first people I think of when I know, okay, I want to do this next big move.

Before working with Holly, I didn't use my numbers. I didn't really even have them together. And now I have a scorecard. I look at things every month, not just my financials but also my marketing statistics, and I'm able to use them, whereas before I wasn't.

Holly helped me prioritize my family first and figured out the best way to scale our agency.
“I have been working with Holly in her Co-Op for several years. During that time our family expanded to 3 (yes 3 babies) and inside the program we added just as many income streams. Holly helped me prioritize my family first and figured out the best way to scale our agency. We mapped out ways to educate (instead of trading time for money with 1:1 clients) and we came up with easy launch plans and client attraction, referral programs etc. to scale both the agency and private client work at the same time allowing me to take maternity leave and still have a profitable business. Fast forward to today and I have 2 businesses that are thriving all while having a model that allows me to step away to be with my family.”

Your Year, Mapped
The Co-Op runs on the same 90-day operating rhythm I've used to build two businesses in part-time hours. Three full cycles, a real summer break, and a finish line worth flying in for.
Fall 2026 · The Runway
Enroll now, start early
The moment you join, your Runway begins. Work through Anti-Social School™ as your foundation and have your three kickoff 1:1s: Holly maps your strategy, Katy, our COO and sales and ops wizard, builds your sales and revenue roadmap, and Kaitlyn welcomes you into the community. On January 1, you're executing while everyone else is still picking a word of the year.
January 11 · Cycle One
The full program kicks off
January through March. Your first 90-day plan is already built, so we get straight to running it. Weekly calls, daily Slack, the Co-Op Scorecard.
April · Cycle Two
Reset and build
Quarterly 1:1, Quarterly Planning with the group, marketing review with Madeline. New 90 days, same team in the room.
July · The Summer Pause
Take the vacation. We mean it.
In July, the only thing on your calendar is our weekly Monday call. Everything else comes off so you can take the trip. Your Slack access, your momentum, and your seat hold steady. This is a life-first program, so the calendar is life-first too.
August · Cycle Three
The home stretch
August through October. You come back rested, we finish what you started, and the whole cycle points at one weekend.
October 2027 · Fall Fest
The capstone, in Columbus
We close your year together in person. Intensives, guest speakers, a professional photo day, and focused time with me mapping what's next. Included in your Co-Op. You just cover travel and lodging.
The Finish Line: Fall Fest
October 2027 · Columbus, Ohio · included in your Co-Op
There's something that happens in a room together that a video call can't touch. Fall Fest is our signature in-person retreat, and for this cohort it's the capstone of your entire year. Everything we build from January on points at this weekend.
Work the plan, in person
Intensives, guest speakers, hot seats, and focused strategy time with me and the team, mapping what's next for your business.
Your professional photo day
Walk away with a bank of professional photos and video for the year ahead. Show up everywhere without shooting content every week.
The room that changes everything
Dinners, celebration, and real time with the women who've been in your corner all year. This is where strategic partners and lifelong friendships get made.
Coming to fall retreat has been amazing. ... It's so much good information that I can't wait to continue to build on that.

Hi, I'm Holly.
I'm not the coach who's going to tell you to become a higher version of yourself. I'm your strategist.
I'll tell you what to do, give you real solutions to real challenges, and hold you to your goals.
I built a seven-figure business in part-time hours while raising twins, traveling with my family every quarter, and spending under an hour a week on social media. Twenty-two years of corporate strategy, a master's, PMP and Prosci certified. I took the playbook I built for Fortune 500 companies and made it work for women building real businesses around real lives. Over 1,000 of them so far.
And I'm here to help you do the same.
I believe that she is incredibly smart and uses her background in corporate and strategy all the time and pulls that forward. And I think that those things combined make her just an excellent coach.

The Monthly CMO

The Scorecard Coach
Your month in numbersReads your monthly scorecard, tells you the truth, and points you at the one thing that matters next.
The 5 Connections Coach
Your weekly outreachHelps you pick five people worth reaching each week and writes the messages in your own voice.
And that's before you've paid a strategist, found a community, or planned a retreat. In the Co-Op, the whole team is $1,500 a month. And they already know your plan, because they built it with you.
In January I made enough to cover Holly. And now I'm sitting here in September and I have more than enough to cover Holly and to go on a pretty vacation.
