Two Days Backstage At The Collective Co-Op

You're making money. Are you keeping it?

Two days to find out what's working in your business, with my team in the room.

Live on Zoom. On Day 1 you build your scorecard. On Day 2, my team helps you decide what to do about it.

October 21 + 22 · 12:00pm ET · $22 for both days

Yes, twenty-two dollars. For both days. We know.

And it turns into $500 off if you decide to take the next step into the Co-Op.
Pst. A graduate of the Co-Op? Join us for accountability, a refresh, and we have a surprise for you too!

We're a little crazy for doing this. Here's the math:

Scorecard that runs your year plus a skill to help you build it

90

Days planned before you log off for the holidays (yes, they're coming)

You know the month I'm talking about.

Revenue came in. Maybe more than last month. You should feel good about it. Then you open your bank account and wonder where it all went.

Or it's the other month. The quiet one, where you're refreshing your sales dashboard and doing the math on whether next month will make up for this one.

Most women I talk to live in both. A great month, then a scary one, and no clear idea why either happened. So in the slow months you say yes to things you shouldn't. The discount. The client who isn't a fit. And in the good months you're too busy to figure out what made them good.

I know the first one well. The number at the top kept climbing, so I assumed the business was healthy and kept going. More clients. More hours.

Then I finally built a scorecard. Revenue on one line and expenses under it, with profit at the bottom where I couldn't avoid it.

Five minutes in, I'd found $3,000 a year in things I was still paying for and had stopped using.

$3,000

A year in expenses, found in five minutes of looking

Nothing was hidden. I'd been paying those bills every month. I just never put them next to the money they were supposed to be making.

Be honest. When's the last time you looked at your expenses on purpose?

When your months sit side by side, the pattern shows up. Which offer carried the big month. Which channel went quiet right before the slow one. Once you can see it, next month stops being a guess.

And most of the time you're looking at it alone, which is the part nobody says out loud.

So if your business looks fine on paper and still feels heavy, you probably don't need a new offer or a bigger launch. You need to see what you already have.

That's what these two days are for.

The strategy behind the room you're walking into:

A week on social media

Could you answer these right now?

If even one makes you wince, you're in the right place.

Why was your best month your best month?

And could you do it again on purpose?

Which offer is actually carrying the quarter?

And is it the one you were about to cut?

Did the launch beat the quiet thing?

Six weeks of building, against the offer running in the background you never talk about.

Which channel eats the most hours?

And hands you the fewest clients to show for it.

Did profit actually move this year?

Or did revenue climb while expenses climbed right alongside it?

Are those really two income streams?

Or two offers selling to the same twelve people?

You won't like all of the answers. You'll make better decisions for a year because of them.

Is this you?

Two days of real review only works when there are real numbers in front of us. Here's who it's built for.

This is you if

  • ✓You already have a real business. Offers that sell, clients you like, a list you built yourself.
  • ✓You've had great months and scary months, and you couldn't tell anyone exactly why.
  • ✓You're carrying every piece of this by yourself, and you've stopped wanting to.
  • ✓You're planning 2027 on purpose, not in January when everyone else wakes up.
  • ✓You'd rather look at your numbers with a team than avoid them alone.
  • ✓You've been curious about the Co-Op and you want to see how we work before you decide anything.

Not your season yet?

If you're still deciding what you sell, or the first sales haven't happened yet, two days of numbers won't do much for you. There's nothing to read.

Start with our Anti-Social School™  framework instead and build the audience ready to buy. Start with the marketing system first, then come backstage next year with numbers worth reviewing.

The agenda

Two days, 90 minutes each, over lunch. This one is built to be done live, so block the time now. Come with your camera on if you can, and bring your numbers.

Day 1
Wed
Oct 21

Build your scorecard. Then we review it together.

12:00pm ET. I'll walk you through the monthly business scorecard our members run their businesses on, and you'll build yours live, with your real numbers, while my team answers questions in the chat. Every channel you pour effort into, lined up against the money that actually came out, in one grid. Then we review what you built and what your numbers are telling you. Messy numbers welcome. That's literally why we're here.

The monthly scorecard you'll build on Day 1. Sample numbers shown. Yours will have your channels, your offers, and your profit line.

Day 2
Thu
Oct 22

Map your Revenue Roadmap. Then get coached, live.

12:00pm ET. Katy, my COO and I walk you through creating your 2027 Revenue Roadmap.  Where your business is now, where you want it by 2027, and the road between the two. Then we open the hot seat. Real businesses, coached live by me and the team. Submit your scorecard after Day 1 to be considered for a seat.

Here's what's different about Day 2. You've spent this year making every call by yourself. For 90 minutes, you won't be. Whether you're in the hot seat or watching someone else's business get untangled, you'll see exactly what our Monday office hours look like inside the Co-Op.

Katy Widrick

Your Day 2 guide

Meet Katy

Katy started her career in live television, where the show goes on whether you're ready or not. Two decades later, she's the fractional COO high-revenue founders bring in when the business can't keep up with the vision. She even teaches a talk called No Zero Dollar Days, which tells you how she feels about slow months.

Inside the Co-Op, she runs office hours every week, and she's who our members turn to in Slack when they're stuck on sales or systems. One-on-one, her Revenue Roadmap sessions are $997.

On Day 2, she walks the whole room through it.

Open the whole time: a private Slack channel, live for the full two days, with my team inside answering questions between sessions. It's the secret sauce of how the Co-Op runs, and you get it for all 48 hours.

Our gift to you: at the end of Day 1, you get the Scorecard Coach, our quarterly scorecard skill. It reads your scorecard, coaches you through it, and it's yours to keep. Run it again every quarter, long after October.

Building it once is easy. Looking every week is the hard part.

In two days you'll build the monthly scorecard and read it with my team. That part you keep.

What you can't build in two days is the habit of looking. Our members submit a scorecard every single week, and it asks more than what you made. How many hours did you work. Were they hours you actually wanted to spend. What did you try. What are you stuck on. What's the one thing you're focused on next.

That's the difference between a number and a decision, and it's what the Co-Op actually is.

You'll get a look at that practice on both days. Whether you want it every week is the only thing you have to decide.

"What I love most is that it always starts by asking me to sit in the gain of a weekly win. Lately, it has honestly been hard to pick just one. That is a feeling I did not have when I started."

"This year she has pushed me so far outside my comfort zone. I have taken leaps I would not have taken on my own. And they have paid off."

Bethany

"I love filling out the scorecard each week! There's always so many directions I could go in office hours, so this helps me narrow my focus and get feedback on something specific so I can take action that week."

"Holly and Katy look at my scorecard so they know what's going on in my business. They reach out on Slack to give feedback and see how they can help, which is a tremendous support to me!"

Madelyn

Meet the Scorecard Coach

This is your Day 1 gift. Hand our AI Claude Skill your scorecard and it reads your month like a coach: profit, not just revenue. What's working, what to watch, and the one focus that matters next. Here's a taste:

Scorecard CoachCo-Op AI Squad

You

Here's my October scorecard: new sales $9,800, cash received $8,400, expenses around $2,100. Sold 2 offers (1 VIP day, 1 course). 14 of 20 connections, 3 of 4 content pieces published. Email list 1,240, up 52, open rate 44%.

Scorecard Coach

The one-line read: your connections are doing the selling, and you skipped a week of them.

What's working

  • Roughly $6,300 net on $8,400 cash. That's a 75% margin, a healthy month, not just a busy one.
  • Both offers closed within two weeks of an outreach touch. Your front end works.
  • 44% opens on a growing list. Real growth, not vanity growth.

What to watch

  • The 6 missed connections all came from week 3. That gap probably cost you a conversation.
  • $1,400 of sales haven't landed as cash yet. Follow the invoices.

Your focus for November

  • Protect the 5 weekly connections before anything else. Everything downstream depends on them.

A blind spot to close

  • Start noting where each connection came from, so next month we know which room to spend more time in.

One action before Friday

  • Send the two follow-ups sitting in your drafts. Bring the rest to Monday's call. 💛

Simulated conversation. The real skill runs on your real numbers.

"I've gotten to where I'll even upload the scorecard into Claude every quarter and it can analyze what I've done as well."

This is what a normal week in our Slack looks like

Not a launch week. Not a highlight reel. Just what lands in the channel while everyone's working.

"A new client signed and paid today. This was the proposal you looked over previously, so now I have to do all that work."

"I now have 4 evaluations booked for June with 2 maybes on the books, and that's not with any treatment involved."

"Tonight I've already had 4 women sign up. That already covers my down payment for vendors. One is brand new and didn't come before. They haven't even batted an eye at the  price increase."

Who's in the room with you

This is the part we're crazy for. The leadership team our Co-Op members work with all year is in the room with you, both days.

Holly Marie Haynes

Hi, I'm Holly.

Twenty-two years of Fortune 500 strategy, a master's, PMP and Prosci certified. I took the playbook I built for big companies and made it work for women building real businesses around real lives.

I built a seven figure business in part-time hours while raising twins and spending under an hour a week on social media. I've done this work alongside more than 1,000 women.

I'm not the coach who's going to tell you to become a higher version of yourself. I'm your strategist. On Day 1, I'll tell you what your numbers mean. On Day 2, I'll tell you what to do about them to hit your goals. And I'll give you my team to support you the entire way!

Where this leads: The Collective Co-Op

The Backstage Pass is a two-day look at how our 9-month program actually runs. Enrollment is open now, and the moment you join, your Runway starts.

This is why we call it a Backstage Pass. For two days you're inside the Co-Op, working the way our members work. The scorecard, the coaching, the team in the chat. By Thursday afternoon you'll know exactly what a week in this room feels like.

Who's with you

Your Team

Strategist · COO · CMO

You bring the business. We bring your strategist, your COO, your CMO, and a monthly guest expert matched to exactly what you need.

How it runs

Your Rhythm

Every Monday · 90-day cycles

Weekly Monday calls, daily Slack, and a 90-day planning cycle that resets every quarter. A lighter July built in, because this is a life-first program.

Where it ends

Your Finish Line

Fall Fest · Columbus

The year ends at Fall Fest in Columbus, our in-person retreat, included in your Co-Op. Everything we build all year points at that weekend.

What nine months actually builds

The first goal is the straightforward one: earn the investment back. That part is math, and we work it with you every week.

What takes the rest of the nine months is the part you can't rush. A business that's fun to run again, and a team you've actually built instead of a list of things you keep meaning to hand off. Then the foundation underneath both, steady enough to still be standing in ten years and worth handing to someone.

This isn't a quick fix. It's the version of your business that lasts.

"I have accomplished more in the Co-Op than I did in my first seven years of business. Most importantly, being able to leave my corporate job."

Carin

Listen to her story

The Co-Op is a serious investment of money and attention, and it's an application, not a checkout button. That's on purpose.

Applying doesn't commit you to anything. It books a real conversation about your business, and your pass, $22 or $97, turns into $500 off the Co-Op when you apply by November 15.

Questions, answered

Do I have to share my numbers in front of everyone?

No. You build your scorecard privately in your own file, and you choose what you bring to the review. Some women put their whole month in the chat, some ask one question about one line. Both work.

What's the difference between the two passes?

Both passes get you into both live days, the hot seat, and the Scorecard Coach. All-Access puts Katy and me to work on your business directly: a full profit audit delivered as a personal video within 48 hours of submitting your scorecard, the private Slack channel for both days, and Bonus Friday, where you submit your weekly scorecard and get feedback the way Co-Op members do. It's limited to 25 because Katy and I do every audit ourselves.

What happens after Day 2?

You leave with your scorecard, the Scorecard Coach, and your next 90 days. All-Access members also get their profit audit video within 48 hours of submitting their scorecard. If you want the team every week, you apply for the Co-Op and we book a call to talk through your business and whether it's the right fit. Apply by November 15 and your pass turns into $500 off. Applying doesn't commit you to anything.

Do I need my numbers ready before Day 1?

Bring what you have. Revenue, offers sold, email list size, and roughly where your last few clients came from is plenty. Part of Day 1 is figuring out what to track when your numbers are messy, so if yours are, you're in the right place.

What if I can't make it live?

This is a working session, not a webinar. Your scorecard gets built and reviewed with the room, so plan to be there both days at 12:00pm ET. If life happens, you'll have the replay for 48 hours, but the replay can't review your numbers.

What exactly is the Scorecard Coach?

It's our quarterly scorecard skill, an AI coach we built for our members. You give it your scorecard, and it tells you what's working, what's slipping, and what to focus on next. You'll get it at the end of Day 1 and keep it after the event ends.

How do I prepare?

We'll email you the blank scorecard template 48 hours before Day 1, plus a short list of numbers to pull. Fifteen minutes of prep and you'll show up ready to build instead of hunting.

Is this just a pitch for the Co-Op?

It's two days of real work on your business. Yes, we'll tell you about the Co-Op on Day 2, because that's the honest reason we run this event. That part takes about ten minutes. The other two-plus hours are yours.

I'm not a Co-Op member. Is this for me?

You're exactly who it's for. This is the once-a-year event where we open the doors so you can experience how we work before you join.

Come Backstage.

October 21 + 22, live on Zoom.
Build the scorecard that runs your 2027, with my team in the room, for $22.

Apply for the Co-Op by November 15 and your pass turns into $500 off.

P.S. If you're telling yourself you'll look at your numbers after the holidays, I get it. That's how I ended up paying $3,000 a year for things I wasn't using. Two lunch hours and $22. Come look with us.
