If you already know this is your year, you don't have to wait for your number. A Fast Pass takes you straight to Katy, my COO, for twenty minutes. She'll ask about your revenue, your hours, and what you're building, then tell you honestly whether the Co-Op fits or whether something else does.
There's no application and no pitch. It's a conversation about your business.

Here's how the line moves.
When a seat opens, I send invitations in the order women joined. First come, first served.
When your number comes up you'll get a personal note from me and a short video. You'll have 7 days to apply or pass. If you pass, you come off the list and the seat goes to the next woman in line.
Not everyone gets called. But the longer you're on the list, the closer you get to the front.
